Asma guarantees optimum safety and reliability, highest production hygiene and strictest quality checks. Each batch of gloves goes through rigorous quality inspections in our factories before being deemed for use. Strict on/off-line controls and tests are performed as per ISO-13485:2003 during manufacturing process.

Each glove is air tested for pinhole and passed at Level I AQL 1.5. Final pre-shipment water leak inspection is performed at Level I AQL 1.5. We have a well equipped laboratory with all the equipments necessary to test the quality of raw materials, physical properties and protein content of the gloves.
